Westcroft Triathlon Club welcomes you to our 2024 Sprint Aquathlon, aiming to provide a great experience for both novice and experienced triathletes alike.  The Sprint Aquathlon will be on 14th April 2024 at 2pm.  This year we have 2 categories:  Sprint Aquathlon – Adult 20+ and Sprint Aquathlon – Youth/Junior 15-19.

The 400m swim takes place within the heated indoor 25m pool, with swimmers seeded by predicted time. Transition is located close to the pool, and then it’s on to the run where athletes will complete multiple laps of a course of slightly undulating terrain on a mixture of grass and tarmac. There will be separate waves for Youth/Junior and Adult, Female and Open categories. The event will be chip timed and all finishers will receive a medal and the top 3 in each category receiving a small trophy.

Plenty of free parking available the leisure centre and the event is spectator friendly with facilities on site. If you do not know your 400m swim time required for the entry process, please estimate and submit updates to wtcaquathlon@gmail.com before 6pm on 28th March.

If you are not a British Triathlon Home Nation member, you will be required to purchase a Race Pass at an additional cost of £8 for over 25s, or £2 for age 24 and under as at 31/12/2024.
